Washing machine dead. Called Abacus at midday for help, Omar arrived by 4pm and diagnostic was carried out; we decided a new machine to be our best option. Omar returned in an hour with our chosen machine – was all fitted and ready to use by 6pm. Old machine and packaging taken away, all for a very reasonable price. Omar was friendly, considerate and polite – would highly recommend this outstanding service.

Naseer came to repair my leaking Bosch dishwasher, persevering with the job – which was not particularly straightforward – to a successful completion. He was thoughtful and polite throughout the two or three visits he had to make and did a really thorough job for me. Thank you.
Was called out to fix my washing machine. Did not replace any parts the first time around and put steam into the digital display of the machine. Machine stopped working completely and after asking for a full refund he refused after we paid £60 just for him to come out. All he refunded was £20 and I then had to buy a whole new appliance which is ridiculous. I do not recommend whatsoever. Go to a professional company that has money-back guarantee unlike this place.

Fantastic work done by Omar, really difficult job and he was brilliant. Really quick response from Abacuz Apliance Repairs when my dishwasher stopped pumping out water. I spoke to Omar in the morning and he came out only a few hours later, keeping me updated on their arrival. He was thorough and systematic and checked over and made sure the dishwasher worked after servicing it. Very professional and friendly service and I’d highly recommend them and will be using them again if servicing or support with an appliance is needed.

Excellent service, rapid response, gave a time they would be arriving to fit in with me. Diagnosed problem and ordered the part needed. The next day I received a call to say the part was in and 20 minutes later he was fitting the part and fridge freezer was working again. Great service. I’ve just had my washing machine fixed after it developed a fault and stopped spinning.I called up and Naseer was round in less than 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would be. He then set about fixing it, which he did quickly and cleaned up after himself.Highly recommended.
Oven stopped working today just before Christmas. I found Abacas on line and within two hours of my phoning them Nas had called replaced the heating element and left. Great friendly service and very good value as well. Will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Today I had my fridge freezer checked over by Naz who adjusted my door seal to make sure the door closes well. He reassured me that overall the unit was working fine. It may need a new thermostat in the future but also it may not be needed. Was given friendly and helpful advice and good to now have a reliable contact – thank you.

Our oven has been the topic of many a frustrated conversation due to constant issues with it tripping our electric. We have had three professionals out to diagnose the issue, with no luck. We called this company yesterday, in hopes that our nights of wondering whether the oven would cooperate or not would be over. Here I am leaving a 5 star review because our oven is fixed! Happy to give 5 stars review, as they were extremely accommodating, friendly and efficient, coming on the same day following my call. Very good experience, it was actually the opposite of what I went through with bigger repair companies, who make you wait more than a week for your booking not even showing up. These guys came within hours and had a look at my washer dryer giving me honest opinion and trying their best to be of help. Would definitely rely on their help again if needed.
